We are currently seeking an information coordinator in infrastructure for our client in Stockholm. The assignment is part-time and is expected to start on 2026-01-07 and last until 2030-11-04. 

About the assignment The organization has the overall responsibility to ensure that everyone living in or visiting the area has access to a well-developed, easily accessible, and reliable public transport system. The assignment involves preparing documentation and making decisions regarding the direction and scope for a long-term sustainable public transport system. The organization is also responsible for the management and monitoring of traffic operations and ensuring that the infrastructure operates safely and retains its value over time. Every day, more than seven hundred thousand people use public transport, including travel by subway, buses, commuter trains, and local trains.

The information coordinator will plan, implement, follow up, and report on communication-related issues.

Examples of tasks

• Support in developing a plan for internal communication and implement it.
• Ensure that information flows effectively between different parts of the organization and the project – both vertically and horizontally - and report disruptions and obstacles.
• Plan and implement business development, collaboration, and culture-promoting measures.
• Plan, lead, and follow up internal meetings, workshops, and information meetings.
• Be responsible for content and updates in internal communication channels such as intranet, newsletters, Teams, or SharePoint.
• Support individuals in leading roles within the project to communicate effectively with their teams, e.g., through target group-adapted messages, talking points, templates, or presentations.

About you

We are looking for someone who meets the following mandatory requirements:

• Relevant higher education in communication, journalism, media, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of documented experience in internal communication in larger projects or organizations. Provide at least two reference projects or more that support the experience.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is advantageous if you also meet the following requirements:

• Digital competence: Experience working with communication platforms such as various project portals, Avima, SharePoint, Teams, intranet tools, and newsletter systems. Provide at least two reference projects that support this.
• Work experience as an internal communicator in one or more larger infrastructure projects. Experience of at least 1 year.
• Work experience as an internal communicator in one or more larger infrastructure projects. Experience of at least 3 years.
• Work experience as an internal communicator in one or more larger infrastructure projects. Experience of at least 5 years.
• At least three years of experience working in a public authority or politically governed organization, with familiarity with working methods and governance.

• Good communication skills. • Good ability to collaborate, create teams, establish and maintain relationships. • Responsible and keeps agreements. • Able to handle various types of tasks simultaneously and prioritize between them. • Self-driven, can make decisions based on mandate, and is good at leading oneself and others. • Systematic and structured with the ability to create conditions for effective working methods.
